Calendarian tourists who travelled from years around to see the latest attraction to The Year 2000, a giant inflatable hand hovering in mid-air, were horrified when the hand suddenly descended on the crowd, accosting innocent spectators.

"I've been saying all along the hand is real," said a bystander. "Maybe now they'll believe me."

Speculation is running rampant as to whose hand it could be. The theory that it's the hand of their Creator was strengthened when an actual person spontaneously appeared out of the tip of the giant pen the hand was wielding.

The hand's popularity shows no signs of diminishing. At last report, it continues to draw a crowd.
